Rental Return Instructions- Concordia Bookstore

 

All Fall 2018 Rentals are due back before end of day Dec.16, 2018, though you may return your books any time before then.

Rentals can be returned in store or shipped.

For in store returns, no prior receipts need to be provided, though an employee may need to ask for a student ID number. We ask that customers stay for the checkout process as you will be given a confirmation receipt that your returns have been processed and an employee can verify if there may be any books you have yet to return. Please do not hand your books over and leave without your receipt.

 

To return your books via mail, complimentary shipping labels are provided by using the “Rental Returns” link under the “Info” tab at concordiabookstore.com or using this direct link:

Please fill out and submit the form in the link and a prepaid USPS label will be emailed to you. You may want to include a packing note with your name and Student ID to help identify the return. Please try to ship your textbooks before Dec 16 so they arrive to the bookstore on time. We generally ask for convenience purposes you try to ship all your textbooks together rather than one or a few at a time.

A confirmation receipt will be emailed to you once we process the return.
